Packers who could be playing final game at Lambeau Field: Aaron Rodgers

The Packers are set for yet another offseason of drama and speculation surrounding Rodgers.

Rodgers is under contract for four more years and his salary cap hit is set to balloon. It is $31.6 million in 2023, $40.7 million in 2024, $59.3 million in 2025 and $53.4 million in 2026. There doesn’t appear to be an easy way out no matter if Green Bay trades or waives him or if he retires. The Packers will have to eat the cap hit at some point.

With Jordan Love waiting in the wings, it will be a difficult decision. Rodgers has also been open about how he doesn’t know what the future holds and if he’ll play next season. Packers’ fans should enjoy him and the rest of the crew in the season finale on Sunday night.
