The Green Bay Packers have done a tremendous job of putting themselves in a position to control their own destiny heading into their Week 18 matchup with the Detroit Lions. Several players have stepped up down the stretch and have come up with huge plays.

One quiet guy has been Romeo Doubs. He was the breakout star of the Packers’ training camp and preseason, generating a ton of hype around his big play ability. Unfortunately, he hasn’t carried that over to the regular season.

In 12 games this season, he has 42 receptions for 425 yards and three touchdowns. However, he only has six receptions for 56 yards over his last two games.

These five players on the Green Bay Packers will make or break their must-win contest against the Detroit Lions in Week 18.

Christian Watson has taken over the role of the Packers’ star receiver. You can bet your bottom dollar the Lions will do everything they can to shut him down. Allen Lazard is also Aaron Rodgers’ go-to target in clutch situations.

With Detroit paying both of them a lot of attention, Doubs will have to step up. The Lions will likely press him at the line of scrimmage as they did in their first matchup, and he needs to get off the line successfully. By relieving the pressure from his teammates, Doubs could be in line for a big game with minimal defensive attention.

Here are four other Packers who will make or break their must-win game against the Lions.
