If the Green Bay Packers are going to run the table and make a late-season playoff push, they need Aaron Rodgers to play superman. The reigning two-time MVP has gone on hot streaks before, and if there ever was a time to do it again, it’s now.

The Packers aren’t as talented as past teams, which is even more reason why Rodgers must step up. His numbers have been above-average compared to the rest of the NFL, but poor by his standards.

He takes up 13.2 percent of their salary cap which means he’s held to a higher standard. He’s part of the reason the Packers are cap-strapped, and he must compensate for the lack of talent around him as a result.

If the Green Bay Packers want any chance of running the table and making the playoffs, they need these six players to play better following the bye week.

If Rodgers wants a legacy that doesn’t follow the same track as Brett Favre, he must play his ass off down the stretch. It’s a long shot to make the playoffs, but it begins with our more Green Bay wins.
