GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN – JANUARY 22: Rashan Gary #52 of the Green Bay Packers is congratulated by nose tackle Kenny Clark #97 after making a sack during the first quarter of the NFC Divisional Playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers at Lambeau Field on January 22, 2022 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Edge Rushers

This was a different group when Rashan Gary was playing. Gary was a dominant force that drew a lot of attention from the protection schemes. Gary was a game-changer and had a bevy of moves he could use to get after the quarterback.

Since his loss, however, this unit has plummeted. They struggle to get any pass rush on the quarterback, giving them all day to throw the football. Fifth-round rookie Kinglsey Enagbare is doing his best and has some flashes, but he isn’t ready to be a full-time player. Preston Smith isn’t a top pass-rusher either and has been underwhelming.
