Loser: Jordan Love’s starting chances

There was some hype surrounding Love starting this season due to Rodgers’ mounting injuries. However, Rodgers put that to rest early in the week and stated he would be the starter. Rodgers played okay, but the hype around Love remains. As long as the Packers are in the playoff race, it will be Rodgers as the starter.

Loser: Packers’ tanking

Green Bay could’ve had a top-five pick in next year’s draft if they would’ve lost this game. It’s hard to embrace a loser’s mentality like this, but an influx of talent would do wonders for this team. Instead, they live to fight another day.

Loser: Pass rush

I couldn’t even find a picture of Preston Smith from Sunday’s game–that’s how non-existent the pass rush has been since Rashan Gary went down. The Packers failed to record a sack on Fields and only had two quarterback hits. That’s been the theme for weeks now and defensive coordinator Joe Barry will need to find a way to draw up pressures moving forward.
