Randall Cobb

Randall Cobb concludes the 2023 free agents on this list. The Packers restructured his deal last season to save money and add void years to his deal. That means he’ll still be on their payroll (along with Crosby and Lewis) regardless of his status with the team.

Cobb has been better during this second run with Green Bay than he was during his last year with the team in his first stint. Still, youth is the future at wide receiver. Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs have flashed intriguing abilities and Samori Toure is lurking as well. The Packers will likely draft another receiver next year, meaning Cobb won’t have room on the roster.
