Darnell Savage

Unfortunately, the Packers are on the hook for another year of Savage after this season. It’s been a hard fall down the ladder for the former first round pick, as it wasn’t too long ago that he was an ascending talent.

Savage has struggled to make plays in the passing game, but he’s also struggled to provide support in the running game! No matter where he’s been placed on the field, he’s failed to positively impact the defense. With Stokes out, defensive coordinator Joe Barry might try him in the slot–his last chance to prove he belongs on the field next season.
