Watkins was surprisingly inactive for the Packers’ first preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers, making many speculate he’s a lock for the roster. That may or may not be the case, but there’s no disputing he’s been very quiet throughout training camp. Watkins initially struggled with an injury to kick off camp and hasn’t been able to separate himself from his peers once he’s returned. There’s definitely a level of concern with his lack of production.
