The Green Bay Packers have officially kicked off training camp and have their second practice today. While some players have their starting spots guaranteed, there’s a lot of work left to be done, including by three players with the most to prove.

The Packers are looking to stay hungry after being humbled in the Divisional Round of last year’s playoffs. With Aaron Rodgers’ career coming to an end, they’re trying to get one more shot at the Lombari Trophy before the Hall of Fame quarterback walks into the sunset.

In order to accomplish their ultimate goal, these three players are going to have to step up and prove their worth.

These three members of the Green Bay Packers have the most to prove now that training camp has kicked off.

Packers with most to prove: Yosh Nijman

The offensive tackle outlook is bleak heading into training camp. David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins begin on the PUP list and last year’s starter at right tackle, Billy Turner, was released in the offseason. That leaves Yosh Nijman as the only currently healthy veteran option.

Nijman played left tackle last year and was just okay. Green Bay needs him to be better this season if they want to give Rodgers the time he’ll need to find open receivers. Green Bay continued to invest heavily in offensive linemen which means a Nijman replacement could be on the roster if he isn’t up to the task.
