The NFL is inching closer to returning, as the Green Bay Packers’ rookies report to training camp today. Although we are two weeks away from any type of football and a month and a half away from meaningful games, this is still an exciting time.

The Packers bring in an 11-man rookie class that is expected to contribute right away on both sides of the ball. This cohort may have as many as four immediate starters already. With training camp officially starting on Wednesday, July 27th, let’s make a bold prediction for each member of Green Bay’s rookie class.

Here is one bold prediction for each member of the Green Bay Packers’ 2022 rookie class entering the start of training camp.

Bold prediction for Packers’ rookie entering training camp: Samori Toure

Green Bay used three draft picks on wide receivers with Samori Toure being not only their last one chosen, but the last player in their draft class. His best chance at making the roster in Year 1 comes on special teams. We all know about the debacle of the Packers’ special teams last year, and Toure could make a positive impact there. He’s got to prove himself as a gunner and work his way up from there. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s very likely he makes the final 53-man roster.

Prediction: Makes the practice squad
