Packers who could make first Pro Bowl: Adrian Amos/Darnell Savage

Sticking with the secondary, Adrian Amos and Darnell Savage aren’t getting as much attention as the cornerback trio, but they are still solid in their own right.

Amos has been one of the most underrated safeties throughout his time in the NFL. He isn’t a flashy player who will make the highlight reel too often, but he is a steady hand who can get his teammates in the right places. He also understands where to be on the field and is always in the right spot.

Savage is a bit more volatile, as his play has waxed and waned throughout his NFL career. His ceiling is higher than Amos’s, but his floor is also lower. After a strong finish to the 2020 season, many analysts were expecting him to take another step forward in his play. Unfortunately, he went the other direction and regressed last season. The coaching staff is still very high on him, but he needs to prove it on the field.
