Packers with training camp hype: Romeo Doubs

It might be surprising to not see second-round pick Christian Watson in this spot, especially after the Packers got fleeced in a trade with the Minnesota Vikings to move up and select him. However, it seems Doubs might be better suited to make an immediate impact even if Watson’s ceiling is much, much higher.

Doubs was drafted in the fourth round out of Nevada following a decorated collegiate career. He has NFL size and speed which is a huge plus for this Packers’ offense. With few established receivers on the roster, he could earn his way onto the field quite early by showing better hands than his fellow rookies.
