Packers’ best offseason additions: Quay Walker

Green Bay used their top draft pick this year on inside linebacker Quay Walker. Walker could leapfrog some players on this list over the long-term, but will be somewhat limited in his rookie year due to playing behind De’Vondre Campbell. 

Although Walker will still get plenty of playing time alongside Campbell, it’s unclear exactly how much will be required of him in Year 1. Walker is an elite athlete who can fly all over the place and should be able to help out in coverage on backs and tight ends as well. His versatility is key as he and Campbell form one of the better one-two punches at linebacker in the NFL.
