Positions Packers should still target in free agency: Cornerback

The Packers have the best trio of cornerbacks in the entire NFL in Douglas, Jaire Alexander and Eric Stokes. Alexander should be completely healthy after missing most of the 2021 campaign, Douglas looks poised to repeat his surprise performance from last year and Stokes looks ready to take the next step in Year 2. The only question is who will slide into the slot.

Outside of their top three, however, Green Bay has major question marks at cornerback. Kabian Ento and Shemar Jean-Charles appear the next in line to get on the field–not exactly confidence-inspiring. Those two will get picked on big time and will be hard for Green Bay to hide on defense. They need to either develop a fourth corner immediately or add a veteran who can hold their own.
