Milwaukee Bucks Draft Target: E.J. Liddell, Power Forward, Ohio State

ESPN.com thinks the Milwaukee Bucks will select the Buckeyes’ power forward. The 6’7” forward is every bit the modern version of a NBA four.

He is a terrific scorer as he averaged 19.4 points per game for Ohio State during his junior year. He can also clean the glass with his 7.9 rebounds per game.

His near seven-foot wingspan makes up for him being undersized.

Liddell improved his three-point stroke by shooting 37.4% from beyond the arc.

He projects to be a Grant Williams-type player in the NBA. Bucks fans remember Williams very well as he destroyed Milwaukee in Game 7 of the Bucks’ Eastern Conference Semifinal loss to the Boston Celtics.

If the Bucks want to get past Boston next year, it could not hurt to have a player of Williams’ likeness in the rotation.

Milwaukee Bucks Draft Target: Jaden Hardy, Shooting Guard, G League Ignite

Sports Illustrated thinks the Bucks will take the 6’4” shooting guard. He would fill the Bucks’ need for a scorer playing behind Khris Middleton.

His stock took a hit with an inconsistent season in the G League.

Hardy still has loads of potential. He is gifted scorer with decent shooting ability.

He has the ability to cause a lot of turnovers on defense. Hardy is a project but one that could pan out playing in a winning culture like the Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks Draft Target: Walker Kessler, Center, Auburn

USA Today has the Bucks going with the big man out of Auburn. He is the only center prospect with first-round talent that could be available when the Milwaukee Bucks are on the clock.

He is an outstanding rim protector as evidenced by his 4.6 blocks per game last season for the Tigers. He can also finish at the rim and pull down rebounds.

His size and skill are enough to be a solid replacement once Brook Lopez moves on.

Although, Kessler will have to work on his three-point shot. The big man shot just 20.4% from three in college.

Lopez was never a great shooter in college and he turned into a pretty good shooting big. Kessler might be able to do the same.
