Week 5: at New York Giants

The schedule loosens up a bit, at least as far as the quality of opponents is concerned. Green Bay should be able to cruise to a victory against the Giants after a physical first four games, getting over the .500 mark for the first time in the season.

Prediction: Win

Record: 3-2

Week 6: vs New York Jets

Playing in London is never easy and this will be the Packers’ first time doing so. Technically, they are the home team so it will hurt to lose a game at Lambeau this season. However, they should be able to get the job done and win their third straight game.

Prediction: Win

Record: 4-2

Week 7: at Washington Football Team

This will be a tough stretch in its own right. A week after returning from London, Green Bay has to travel to Washington for the first of three straight road games. Technically, the Packers will have been on the road for five straight weeks. The good thing is its business as usual for Green Bay.

Prediction: Win

Record: 5-2

Week 8: at Buffalo Bills

The constant traveling adds up as Green Bay gets whooped by a very good Buffalo Bills team that is drooling to get to the Super Bowl. Josh Allen and company will prove too much, ending the Packers’ four-game win streak.

Prediction: Loss

Record: 5-3

Week 9: at Detroit Lions

The last of a brutal stretch ends with a very physical divisional opponent in the Detroit Lions. This could be a trap game against a Detroit team that brings the boom. The Lions should be improved in 2022 but not enough to take down the Packers.

Prediction: Win

Record: 6-3
