Week 2: vs Chicago Bears

Green Bay will recover nicely in their home opener against another division rival. Chicago just doesn’t have the talent to compete with the Packers, especially with a rowdy Lambeau Crowd enjoying Sunday Night Football in September.

Prediction: win

Record: 1-1

Week 3: at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Packers have a brutal schedule to begin the season with three of their first four games providing significant challenges. It will be too difficult to go into Tom Brady’s home and beat the Bucs, adding a second loss in three games.

Prediction: Loss

Record: 1-2

Week 4: vs New England Patriots

After playing Brady’s current team, they’ll host his old team the following week. The Patriots are a formidable foe and are looking to take the next step after making the playoffs last season. However, Green Bay will be locked in and will notch their second victory of the season.

Prediction: Win

Record: 2-2
