Safeties Packers could target in early rounds of 2022 NFL Draft: Daxton Hill

Daxton Hill could be a first-round candidate at either pick 22 or 28 for the Packers depending on how the board falls on draft day.

He’s a great fit for the Packers as he could play as their third safety, play as the single high safety, or even line up in the slot in coverage. That versatility is exactly what would be needed if he wants to get on the field early during his rookie year.

Hill can straight up fly–posting a 4.38 second 40-yard-dash and that speed shows up on the field. He lacks some size at the position which could be a long-term concern, but he has the skills to make up for it.
