2022 NFL Draft prospects Packers could trade up for: Travon Walker, EDGE, Georgia

If the Packers want to make a big splash, they could move up in the draft to select any of these next three prospects.

Let’s begin with Georgia edge Travon Walker. Walker is a physical specimen that checks all the athletic boxes the Packers usually look for in their draft prospects. He stands an intimidating 6-foot-5 and 272 pounds with elite explosiveness and strength. He also has great speed for a player his size.

He would give Green By an elite trio of outside linebackers and a rotation that would keep quarterbacks up at night. Walker has a tremendous bull rush thanks to that power and speed combination but he needs to add more moves to his tool belt. That should come with time, as he’ll spell Smith and Gary during his first year.
