Wide receivers Packers could sign in free agency: T.Y. Hilton

T.Y. Hilton is on the wrong side of 30 and it appears his best playing days are long gone. He’s been slipping for the last three years or so and he finally hit rock bottom in 2021 when he only caught 23 receptions for 331 yards and three touchdowns–all career-lows.

If Green Bay were to pursue him, they’d hope the change in quarterback from Carson Wentz to the reigning MVP would go a long way in rejuvenating Hilton. He still has some speed and could be a nice weapon on the outside for Aaron Rodgers. Health would be a big factor, however, as Hilton last played an entire season way back in 2017. PFF predicts a $6.5 million contract so it could be a smart gamble for the Packers.
