Ranking 15 Packers free agents by likelihood they return
Packers’ free agent: Chandon Sullivan
Chandon Sullivan has taken his lumps from opposing quarterbacks and Packers’ fans alike. However, he’s a cheap option to play in the slot and Green Bay might not have another choice even if there are much better guys available.
Likelihood he returns: 5
Packers’ free agent: Dennis Kelly
Dennis Kelly sat for most of the season before stepping in at right tackle down the stretch. His experience paid off, as he played very well, but that could mean he’ll be looking for more playing time at his next stop.
Likelihood he returns: 5
Packers’ free agent: Robert Tonyan
It was recently reported that Robert Tonyan will be ready to go for the start of the 2022 season after he tore his ACL early in 2021. That’s great news for the tight end who was looking at a big payday this offseason before his untimely injury. We’ll have to wait to see if he signs a one-year prove-it deal with Green Bay or if he’s able to get money elsewhere.
Likelihood he returns: 5
Packers’ free agent: De’Vondre Campbell
The Packers have reportedly made De’Vondre Campbell their priority following his breakout campaign at inside linebacker. He was very good in all facets of the defense and brought everything together in the middle. Like everything else, money will be the biggest deciding factor.
Likelihood he returns: 5
Packers’ free agent: Corey Bojorquez
Green Bay traded for Corey Bojorquez right before the season and he had an up and down season. Bojorquez got off to a blazing hot start, but cooled down with the temperature. He also had his struggles as a holder and the Packers will have to decide if they can find a better option on their horrid special teams.
