These teams could legitimately pique both the Green Bay Packers’ and Aaron Rodgers’ interests.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles own picks 15, 16, and 19 in this year’s first round. Plus, they could possibly offer back Jalen Hurts who showed a nice leap from his rookie season to his second season. The Eagles made the playoffs as the seventh seed and could contend for a Super Bowl with Rodgers. The Eagles have a young dynamic receiver in DeVonta Smith that could intrigue Rodgers.

Most importantly, the Eagles have some cap space to possibly put together an even bigger trade package to acquire both Rodgers and Davante Adams–if the Packers place the franchise tag on Adams.

I will admit I might be going a little over the top by suggesting Adams.

Still, the Eagles have a solid enough roster to entice Rodgers to possibly consider going to Philadelphia and the picks to get the Packers to answer the phone. The only hang-up is the Green Bay Packers probably do not want Rodgers in the NFC.

Tennessee Titans

The Titans had the AFC’s best record but lost to the Cincinnati Bengals in the playoffs partly due to Ryan Tannehill having a poor game. The Titans could decide it is time to go all-in and trade the three first-round picks along with whatever else is needed to get Rodgers.

Rodgers joins an offense with Derrick Henry, Julio Jones, and A.J. Brown. That is a Super Bowl-winning offense right there. The Titans are about $7 million over the cap so they would have to restructure some contracts, but a chance to win a Super Bowl might be worth it.

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins flirted with trying to acquire Houston Texans’ troubled but talented quarterback Deshaun Watson. They could shift focus and see if they can bring Rodgers’ talents to the South beach.

The Dolphins have the most cap space heading into free agency. They also have Jaylen Waddle that could get Rodgers excited.

The Dolphins just hired Mike McDaniel who comes from the Kyle Shahanan, Sean McVay, and Matt LaFleur coaching tree. The Dolphins would be running an offense with which Rodgers has familiarity.

Again, with the huge amount of cap space, the Dolphins could swing for the fences and try to acquire both Rodgers and Adams.

The Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers need a quarterback now that Ben Roethlisberger is retired. The Steelers have the 20th pick in the first round so they would need to put together an attractive offer of picks to get the Green Bay Packers interested.

The Steelers do have a good defense to support Rodgers in his quest for another ring. He would be going to another franchise with a rabid fan base. Pittsburgh is known to treat its legendary quarterbacks well.
