Bucks trade offer: George Hill, Semi Ojeleye, Jordan Nwora and 2023 2nd round draft pick for Schröder and Enes Freedom

As I mentioned previously, another position that is on the top of Milwaukee’s wish list is another big body. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis have basically been doing the heavy lifting in the frontcourt all season long with Brook Lopez out the entire season. That’s not going to work in the playoffs when they won’t be able to get away with playing Greg Monroe, DeMarcus Cousins or Sandro Mamukeshavili.

Antetokounmpo and Enes Freedom might have a head-butting history with one another, but they are both professionals and can leave that past on the court where it belongs.

If Milwaukee is going to try to squeeze Freedom out of this deal, they might need to add an additional second round pick to help sweeten the deal. That would be tough considering their cupboards are pretty bare to begin with. We’ll see how these negotiations play out.
