Bold predictions for Packers’ offseason: Packers draft a wide receiver in the first round

The Packers have, perhaps, the most question marks at their wide receiver position.

Davante Adams is the biggest one. He’s set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason and wants a massive contract. I’ll address his situation later on, but he would be a huge loss for Green Bay. They have other questions as well with Marquez Valdes-Scantling (unrestricted) and Allen Lazard (restricted) set to hit the market. They’ll also have to make a decision on Randall Cobb’s contract.

That means all signs point toward the team drafting a wide receiver in the first round–something they probably should’ve done two years ago when they nabbed Jordan Love.
