The Green Bay Packers have Aaron Rodgers

Yeah, I know, this may be a bit of a cop-out, but it’s true. Having Aaron Rodgers can erase any other issues that may arise, especially when he’s playing as well as he has. Whether up against a top defense, down late, or whatever the circumstance may be, Rodgers always gives you a chance to win.

Over Green Bay’s final seven games of the season, Rodgers was on fire. He would complete 72 percent of his passes, throwing for 20 touchdowns, no interceptions, and he had a passer rating of 124.4. As a result, Rodgers was just voted a first-team All-Pro and is likely to win his fourth MVP.

"“I’m thankful for this opportunity to still be starting here in Green Bay and to lead this team and to play at a high level, and to continue to grow, through the adversity, through the ups and downs, the frustrations and the successes and the triumphs,” Rodgers said via the Wisconsin State Journal. “I’ve really enjoyed this season, and I would definitely love to finish out the year strong and win my fourth.”"

In addition to Rodgers’ play, as we’ve already discussed, the offensive line will be at nearly full strength, not to mention that Randall Cobb is returning as well—a trusted pass-catcher.

Add in the fact that Green Bay has home-field advantage, where the weather will certainly be in their favor, and Rodgers has dominated over his career, holding an 86-19 record with a 67 percent completion rate, 8.19 yards per attempt, 342 touchdowns, and a passer rating of 113.5.

Regardless of the opponent or how the game unfolds, when Rodgers is under center, the Green Bay Packers will almost always have an opportunity to win.
