Packers who need to improve for Super Bowl run: Josiah Deguara

With Robert Tonyan out for the season, Green Bay is still looking for a tight end to take his place in the passing game. Marcedes Lewis continues to do his thing as a blocker and has had more moments as a receiver this year although he’s no Tonyan.

Josiah Deguara isn’t a perfect replacement for Tonyan by any means, but head coach Matt LaFleur can use him in more diverse ways. Still, that would require Deguara to produce–something he hasn’t done consistently. We saw him drop an open touchdown pass against the Vikings that led to a field goal and you have to wonder just how much confidence Rodgers has in him at this point.
