Q: Can Green Bay Packers capitalize on turnover and pressure opportunities?

A: Kind of

Creating turnovers and pressuring the quarterback are two areas that this Green Bay Packers’ defense has excelled in this season. But after missing out on several turnover opportunities the first time these two teams met as well as needing to blitz Kirk Cousins in order to generate steady pressure, I wanted to see them take advantage of these team strengths this time around.

Now, to Mannion’s credit, he didn’t throw an interception, and he didn’t really give the Green Bay defense any true opportunities. Although the pressure numbers aren’t staggering, the Packer pass rush was able to get after the backup quarterback. According to PFF ($$), the Packers would blitz just six times but pressured Mannion 20 times and logged two sacks. Rashan Gary had a particularly impressive performance, logging eight of Green Bay’s total pressures.

Q: Who will punt for the Green Bay Packers?

A: Corey Bojorquez

Obviously, I asked this while Corey Bojorquez was on the reserve/COVID list, and we did not know what his status would be. He finished the game with two punts totaling 63 yards, but that did include a 24-yard shank.

Bonus Question: Can the Packers clinch the NFC’s one-seed?

A: Yes, with some help from Arizona, who was able to defeat Dallas.
