Observations from Packers victory over Vikings: Matt LaFleur makes history

Green Bay has been downright dominant under LaFleur and he deserves serious Coach of the Year Consideration. (It will actually be a crime if he doesn’t win it once in three years following the debacle that was the Packers under the final years of Mike McCarthy).

LaFleur became the first head coach, and the Packers the first team, in NFL history with three straight 13-win seasons. He’s also never lost a regular-season game after Thanksgiving nor has he lost back-to-back regular-season games in three seasons. Lastly, he broke the tie with George Seifert for most wins by an NFL head coach in his first three seasons in the league. Oufta, that’s a lot of record-breaking by one man.
