Packers defeat Ravens: The bad: Containment, special teams, Darnell Savage

Hundley isn’t as dynamic of a rusher as Lamar Jackson, but his legs are still a weapon. Green Bay knew this coming into the game, yet seemed to be worried very little about the run. Their edge rushers constantly crashed inside, giving Hundley the edge and the ability to make plays with either his feet or his arm. The result was 13 rushes for 73 yards and two touchdowns by Hundley.

Fricken’ special teams. They are an absolute joke every single week and they can’t go one game without making a major boneheaded mistake. This week that included fair catch interference, holding on a nice kickoff return, delay of game on a punt, and then a poor snap and punt that gave Baltimore terrific field position on their final drive of the game. We’ve been screaming for changes to be made but LaFleur seems content to let this season play out.

Darnell Savage also had his worst game of the season. The gameplan coming in appeared to have him matched up on tight end Mark Andrews. However, Andrews torched him in the first half, catching numerous passes including two touchdowns. He finished the game with 10 receptions for 136 yards and two touchdowns. Savage eventually switched off him, but there was nothing he could do to slow down the tight end.
