Packers who have exceeded expectations: Yosh Nijman

Unfortunately, the Packers have had to cycle through three left tackles this season with Bakhtiari yet to play a game following his ACL tear last year and now Jenkins missing the rest of the season.

Fortunately, Yosh Nijman has been ready to play. Nobody is going to confuse him with the other two studs, but that doesn’t mean he’s exceeding his own expectations.

He’s one of the better athletes on the roster and that’s shown in the four starts he’s had this season. Rodgers said he almost forgot about the left side of the line in the Rams game which is as high praise as you’ll get. The former undrafted free agent has improvements to make and should only get better with more playing time as the season goes on.
