Packers who have exceeded expectations: Rasul Douglas

Green Bay desperately needed to make a move when they signed Rasul Douglas off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad earlier this season. They were low on cornerbacks with the long-term injury to Jaire Alexander and the normal injuries to Kevin King.

I’m sure they did their due diligence and didn’t just select a cornerback at random, but there’s no way they could’ve expected this type of production out of Douglas.

Douglas has quietly overtaken Kevin King (when healthy) on the outside and continues to provide the Packers with solid play at cornerback. He had a game-winning interception in the endzone against the Cardinals and had a pick-six against the Rams last week. He’s in the process of making himself a ton of money with some team next season.
