Positions Brewers must address in free agency: Outfielder

Milwaukee has a ton of money poured into their outfield thanks to the contracts of Christian Yelich, Lorenzo Cain and Jackie Bradley Jr. However, none of them have inspired confidence with their play over the last season or two.

Yelich is not anywhere close to the MVP form he showed just a couple of seasons ago and has struggled to find his groove at the plate. Father Time is getting the best of Cain who is probably nothing more than a solid defender and below-average hitter at the plate. Bradley Jr. is also great at defense, but had a horrible offensive year in 2021.

Avisail Garcia opted for free agency, meaning the Brewers have a hole (or two) to fill in their starting lineup. Don’t be surprised to see the Brewers add at least one player here.
