Options to replace Packers’ Elgton Jenkins: Mitchell Schwartz
If the Packers are going to stick with their season-long theme of looking to veterans to plug holes, than Mitchell Schwartz is their guy.
He was one of the better right tackles for a long time, but his 2020 season ended prematurely with a back injury. On a podcast in September, he said his rehab is going slower than anticipated, but he still considers himself an active NFL player. He said once he’s 100 percent he’ll reconsider his future to take the next step.

It would be wise for Green Bay to give him a call and check in on his progress. He’d be another guy that’s best suited at right tackle, but it would greatly improve the talent and experience on the squad.
