Players Brewers could reunite with in free agency: Avisail Garcia

Avisail Garcia is coming off a career-year with the Brewers and declined his portion of the mutual option as a result. He hit .262 with a .330 on-base percentage to go along with 29 home runs and 86 RBIs (both career-highs). Why not bring him back for a partnership that worked well for both parties?

Garcia can play either corner outfield position and provide you with average defense. He likely still has another gear on offense which makes him a high-upside play in free agency. At 30-years-old, he’ll likely be looking for a three or four year deal and that will be tough for Milwaukee to swing considering how much money they have tied up into the outfield for 2022. Still, they can’t afford to lose one of their best offensive players and should do what they need to bring him back.
