Milwaukee Brewers All-Time Team Bullpen:

1989 Dan Plesac

There might’ve been better candidates for this bullpen spot, but I wanted to get another lefty on the staff. The 1989 version of Plesac had a career-best 1.043 WHIP and 2.35 ERA in 61.1 innings. He also made the All-Star game that season and is a great addition to the back of the bullpen.

1981 Rollie Fingers

Despite only playing four seasons in Milwaukee, Fingers made his impact felt for generations to come. He not only won the Cy Young award in 1981 but the AL MVP as well. All thanks to his minuscule 1.04 ERA catapulted by a negligible 0.872 WHIP and 1.5 walks per nine innings. He’s a great candidate (along with the next guy) to anchor the closer role.

2019 Josh Hader

The flame-throwing lefty Hader gives Milwaukee an elite one-two punch at the backend of their bullpen when it’s clutch time. He’s had a number of great seasons but 2019 stands above the rest (as of now). He had a career-best .806 WHIP, 2.4 BB9 and 16.4 SO9. He’s as unhittable as they come.
