Packers’ biggest headaches: Kevin King
Kevin King has been a thorn in Packers’ fans sides since the day he was drafted. And to be fair, part of it is the potential he has. He has great size and athleticism to succeed at the NFL level, but hasn’t been able to put it all together.
King signed a one-year prove-it deal after a disastrous NFC Championship game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that played a big part in their inability to advance to the Super Bowl. He’s likely lost a lot of his value since.
He’s always struggled with injuries and that’s been the case once again in 2021. He’s only played in three games so far this year and once since Week 2. He’s struggled when he’s been on the field as well. When he returns, it will be interesting to see how he fits in with rookie Eric stokes and the up-and-coming Rasul Douglas.
