Ways Packers can upset Cardinals: Contain Kyler Murray in the pocket
The Packers’ defense has been gashed in recent weeks by quarterbacks stepping up through the pocket and finding fields of green in front of them. Most recently, Washington quarterback Taylor Heinicke ran for 95 yards including a 38-yard scramble.
Murray is by far the most athletic quarterback this defense has faced all season long. He hasn’t been running nearly as much as a season ago, but he’s obviously still capable of taking off on any given attempt.

Without defensive coordinator Joe Barry, the Packers are going to have to put together a gameplan to contain Murray in the pocket. That will include disciplined pass rushes and a quarterback spy as well.
