Packers: 6 cornerbacks available for trade before deadline
Packers: Cornerback available for trade: Xavier Rhodes, Indianapolis Colts
Packers: Cornerback available for trade: Kyle Fuller, Denver Broncos
Green Bay is familiar with both of these guys: Xavier Rhodes played for the Minnesota Vikings and the Packers actually tried to acquire Kyle Fuller in free agency when he was with the Chicago Bears.
Rhodes struggled mightily in Minnesota, but had a bounce-back year during his first season with the Colts. Unfortunately, he has reverted to his old ways this year which means Indianapolis could want to part ways with him. It would cost a fifth-round selection at most if the Packers want to acquire his services.
As for Fuller, the Broncos have two many cornerbacks and could part with one of a couple of guys. The Packers obviously liked Fuller at one point even if he isn’t that same player anymore. He would be a good blend of value and cost for the Packers and someone they should seriously consider.
