The Green Bay Packers cemented themselves at the top of the NFC North on Sunday with another victory over the Chicago Bears. At 5-1, Green Bay now holds a two-game lead over the Bears and the Minnesota Vikings who are each 3-3.

In case you missed the game, let’s take a moment to recognize those who played well against Chicago, where improvements are necessary and hand out grades to each of the Packers’ three units.

Let’s review the Green Bay Packers victory over the Chicago Bears by taking a look at the good, the bad and handing out grades.

Packers still own Bears: The good: Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon, Kenny Clark, Aaron Rodgers

The Packers’ running game has been heating up in recent weeks as Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon continue to feed off one another. The duo combined for 169 total yards and one touchdown against Chicago. Both players are dangerous on the ground or through the air which keeps defenses on their toes.

Aaron Rodgers threw a touchdown pass to Jones and had himself a fairly efficient game. Although he didn’t post any eye-popping numbers, he did account for three total touchdowns including a rushing TD heard around the world where he screamed “I still own you” to the fans. Rodgers kept the ship upright against a good Chicago defense and sometimes that’s all you can ask for.

Speaking of defense, Kenny Clark continues to play elite ball and his teammates on the defensive line are finally beginning to provide him with some support. Clark recorded two sacks against the Bears, with one of them coming on a critical third-down late in the game. Despite all the injuries to the Packers’ defense this year, Clark is probably their most important defensive player.
