5 Packers that fans hope will prove them wrong
3. Chandon Sullivan
The Packers’ secondary was exposed in the NFC Championship game when Tom Brady successfully targeted a couple of corners, with Chandon Sullivan being one of those. Sullivan was the Packers’ slot corner and will once again spend a lot of time there in 2021.
Sullivan wasn’t as bad as the Championship game made it seem, but he definitely has a lot of room for improvement. Fans would love to see him step up and rise to the challenge.
The more likely scenario, however, is that Jaire Alexander spends some time in the slot against opposing teams’ best wide receivers and both Kevin King and Eric Stokes are on the outside. That would be a way for Green Bay to get their three best corners on the field at once.
