1. Dean Lowry

The Packers desperately need someone to step up on the defensive line alongside Kenny Clark. Clark is one of the league’s best but even he can’t do it all by himself. Lowry and teammate Tyler Lancaster were supposed to play major parts on this defense, but have been disappointments the last two years.

With youngsters such as Kingsley Keke and TJ Slaton pushing for playing time, Lowry appears to have responded in training camp. He’s earned the praise of the coaching staff and looks set to return to his reliable self. If that’s the case, that’s a huge sign for a defense that has sometimes been downright dominated on the line of scrimmage over the last couple of years.
