1. Darnell Savage Jr.

The Packers coaches ranted and raved last offseason about Darnell Savage Jr. And after a rocky start to the season, he showed everyone why. Along with fellow safety Adrian Amos, Savage found his groove down the stretch and was one of the better safeties in the entire NFL.

Entering his third professional season and still just 24-years-old, Savage is primed to take yet another step forward. New defensive coordinator Joe Barry will use him all over the field including in the traditional safety spot, near the line of scrimmage, and in the star position where he’s probably best at.
