Tight Ends (4): Robert Tonyan, Marcedes Lewis, Josiah Deguara, Dominique Dafney (suspended: Jace Sternberger)

The Packers will likely enter the season with four tight ends on their roster plus a suspended Jace Sternberger who won’t count on the official roster until his two-game suspension is completed. LaFleur LOVES Josiah Deguara who was likely going to be a big part of the offense in his rookie season before he got hurt. Dominique Dafney earned his way onto the roster last year and is another good blocker at the position.

Offensive Line (9): David Bakhtiari, Elgton Jenkins, Josh Myers, Lucas Patrick, Billy Turner, Dennis Kelly, Jon Runyan, Ben Braden, and Royce Newman

The last spot on the offensive line is one of the hardest to predict this year. Elgton Jenkins, Josh Myers, Lucas Patrick, Billy Turner, Dennis Kelly, Jon Runyan and Ben Braden are locks to begin the season on the roster. Will David Bakhtiari begin on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list? That’s still unclear, but if so, that could open up another spot.

Assuming he’s not on the PUP, the final spot could come down to Royce Newman and Yosh Nijman. If we’re basing it on Saturday’s performance, Newman is clearly in the lead. According to PFF, he was the highest-graded Packer. Nijman held his own in his grading, but had some clear miscues (one that led to Love getting hurt and strip-sacked). There’s also the possibility Green Bay keeps them both and goes with 10 linemen.
