There has been a lot of attention paid to the Packers’ offensive line this season with the departure of Corey Linsley and the subsequent addition of rookie Josh Myers, as well as David Bakhtiari’s injury and Elgton Jenkins overall greatness. However, Green Bay continues to turn out late-round or even undrafted players on the line.

Ben Braden, an undrafted free agent in 2017 out of Michigan, appears to have a very real chance to start at one of the guard spots to begin the season. He earned the praise of the coaching staff over the summer, but few thought it would carry over into actual training camp.

So far, he’s been taking first-team reps at either guard spot along with Jon Runyan Jr. and Lucas Patrick. With Jenkins moving to the outside until Bakhtiari returns, both guard spots are up for grabs. Can Braden grab one and prove his worth?
