The Green Bay Packers have superstars that are capable of taking over a game or making the key play to win a game when needed. Having those All-Pro-type players has resulted in back-to-back trips to the NFC Championship game.

Pro Football Focus recently revealed its list of the top 50 players ahead of the 2021 season, and the Green Bay Packers have four players on the list — all inside the top 15.

It’s likely your first assumption is to look where Aaron Rodgers ranks inside the top 5, however, his stud wide receiver was the first Packer on the list.

Davante Adams came in ranked fifth and was the first pass-catcher ranked. The seventh-year pro is entering the final year of his contract after hauling in a career-high 115 passes for 1,374 yards and a league-leading 18 touchdowns.

According to PPF, Adams was the most productive receiver on a per snap basis with a 2.96 yards per route run. He also caught 78.8 percent of the passes thrown his way with just one drop all season.

Rodgers entered the list as the 10th best player in the NFL, even after winning his third MVP award and having one of the best statistical seasons in league history. The quarterback is in the midst of a highly publicized rift with the Packers front office over a number of issues.

On the field, he has helped guide Green Bay to a 26-6 record over the past two seasons. Last year he threw for a league-best 48 touchdowns and had a league-high 121.5 rating, to go along with 4,299 yards and a 48-to-5 touchdown-to-interception ratio.

Following Rodgers was Jaire Alexander who came in at No. 14. He has elevated himself to star status after earning Pro Bowl honors in 2020. Alexander allowed just 9.1 yards per completion and 51.3 percent of the passes thrown his way were completed. PPF gave the third-year pro the highest coverage grade ranking and the only week he allowed more than four catches was against Chicago in Week 12.

All-Pro and potential future Hall of Fame tackle David Bakhtiari ranked 15th and was the first tackle on the list. He has consistently been looked at as the best left tackle in the NFL for years and signed a massive four-year $92 million contract extension to make him the highest-paid lineman in NFL history. PPF graded Bakhtiari with a 91.6 grade in four of the past five years on its pass-blocking metric.

Despite the Rodgers drama and Bakhtiari still recovering from an ACL injury late last season, the Green Bay Packers have more players in the top-15 than any team in the league.

The only other team on the list to have more than one player ranked inside the top 15 was the Kansas City Chiefs. They had quarterback Patrick Mahomes (No. 2) and tight end Travis Kelce (No. 3).
