Reason Packers still shouldn’t trade Aaron Rodgers 2: Pamper to star players

A lot of fans are mad because Rodgers is once again playing the role of diva–this time with the Packers’ organization. However, star players should be pampered to even if it causes a lot of headaches.

Someone of Rodgers’ stature and skill level is nearly unparalleled and the team should go to great lengths to ensure his happiness. It doesn’t seem like he’s asking for too much–just consistent communication, recognizing his important role on the team, and giving him offensive weapons to get the job done. There’s a lot of unknowns behind the scenes so I don’t want to jump to too many conclusions. However, general manager Brian Gutekunst and the rest of the front office should do whatever it takes to rectify this relationship.
