The Grade

Setting the Aaron Rodgers situation aside, Green Bay had a solid draft. They added at least three players who could play right away (Stokes, Myers and Rodgers) and added depth at a number of other key positions. They also got guys who can play on special teams–an underrated aspect considering how bad they were a year ago.

It will be interesting to see how these players develop compare to their peers who were drafted after them. Green Bay clearly reached for certain players and we’ll see how that pans out down the road. For now, however, they did what they needed to and got a number of solid players who can help push this team to the Super Bowl.
