Packers second-round pick: The bad

That’s two picks and two apparent reaches for Green Bay. If nothing else, it’s clear they operate based on their own board which doesn’t always line up with the media’s. The Athletic had Myers ranked as the third-best center in the draft and a second-to-third-round pick. The only issue is their second-best center, Quinn Meinerz, was still on the board.

Myers isn’t a great athlete which can give him issues in one-on-one situations. His balance also needs improvement and he lacks good lateral quickness. He’s also coming off turf toe which cost him participation in the Senior Bowl, but should be healthy for Training Camp.
