Kadarius Toney – Florida
If you think this Green Bay Packers offense just needs an explosive sparkplug who could score anytime he touches the ball, you should be hoping for Kadarius Toney to be playing in the Frozen Tundra.
Toney is a gadget guy that can be a lot more, but Florida tried to get him the ball any way that they could. They lined him up in the backfield and handed him the ball multiple times per game, they threw him lots of different types of screens, they ran him deep to use his long speed, they even lined him up snug to the formation as a receiver and got him a handoff without any pre-play motion.
When he lines up in the backfield, he’s an absolute matchup nightmare, and if there’s any linebacker that could stay with him on a route coming from there, I don’t know who it is. His explosive mix of speed and elusiveness could be a ton of fun for Lafleur, who always has a great screen game and could draw up some great opportunities for Toney.
He has a similar play style to Jalen Reagor, who came out of TCU last year and went in the first round, except he’s even more elusive and stronger. You know what, some things just can’t be put into words. Just watch.
