Pick 62: Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, USC

St. Brown is another player who will come in and make an impact right away on this Green Bay Packers team. He had a highly productive three-year career at USC, which included a 1,000-yard season in 2019. St. Brown can line up both in the slot and out wide — a plus in the Matt LaFleur offense — and win in all parts of the field, making plays from behind the line of scrimmage as well as flashing his contested catch ability downfield.

Like the Newsome selection, I get the benefit of finding immediate help for a team that wants to make another Super Bowl push, but I also address a position that will have major needs in 2022.

Pick 92: Tyson Campbell, CB, Georgia

At this point, I really wanted to address the offensive tackle position, but the value of landing Campbell in Round 3 was just way too much to pass up. A reporter from Tom Pelissero of NFL Network on Tuesday suggested that Campbell could be a first-round selection.

Campbell has very good size, standing 6’2″ and weighing 185 pounds. He’s an experienced player who improved every year at Georgia and an aggressive tackler–which will be a welcomed sight. With so many question marks surrounding the cornerback position, the Green Bay Packers should be set for the coming years with Jaire Alexander, Newsome, and Campbell.
